Today U & Me screened and showcased enduring friendships between people from culturally diverse backgrounds at the NSW STATE LIBRARY, 21 MARCH 2017 to celebrate and respect cultural, linguistic and religious differences. Biripi Aboriginal elder, Aunty Ali and I had been friends for decades. I was born in the Philippines.  I have been living in Australia now for 43 years.

My granddaughter, Hala Sofia Wall also participated in celebrating Harmony Day at her school in Inner West, Sydney.
